Ingredients: Heritage Pork belly, Salt, Sugar, Pepper, Juniper Berries, Bay Leaves, Prague #1 Cured for 14 days, Smoked over Charcoal and Applewood. Our bacon is cured with minimal spices over applewood. We then smoke the belly for 6 hours creating a light, smoky taste.

Cooking instructions: We suggest starting off with a cold oven, place bacon inside, then turn oven on to 390 degrees. Cook for 15-17 minutes (or how you like it). Just ensure an internal temperture of 145 degrees.
